These terms and conditions of participation and data protection information regulate participation by participants in the competition organized by Inventivio GmbH, Karolinenstrasse 13, 90402 Nuremberg, (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”).

1.2
By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation

2.1
The competition starts on November 30th, 2023. The deadline for participation is December 20, 2023. People who are over 18 and live in Europe are eligible to participate.

2.2
Employees of Inventivio GmbH are not eligible to participate or win.

2.3
Each person can only participate once.

2.4
If the conditions of participation are violated, the organizers reserve the right to exclude people from the competition.

3.1
In the period from November 30th, 2023 to December 20th, 2023, anyone who is entitled to participate in accordance with these conditions of participation can register.

Registration is done by answering the question, tagging 2 friends, liking the post and following the account @tactonom on Instagram or Facebook.

3.2
Registrations received later will not be considered.

3.3
Participation in the competition is voluntary.

3.4
When collecting data, we adhere to the rules of the DSGV.

The data will not be passed on.

4.1
A loaner of the Tactonom Reader for a period of one month, together with an online introduction, 10 tactile graphics and a 3D model, will be raffled off among the participants.

4.2
If there are several participants, the draw decides. The winners will be drawn no later than December 21st, 2023. The winner will be informed personally by the organizer in the comments and via a direct message on Instagram or Facebook.

4.3
Processing and handing over of the prizes takes place in direct contact between the respective winner and Inventivio GmbH.

4.4
If the winner does not contact the organizer within two weeks of being informed about the prize, the prize will be forfeited without replacement. Claims by the participant against the organizer are excluded. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.

5.1
When the organizer hands over or hands over the prize, he is released from all obligations.

5.2
The organizer assumes no liability for any damage that may arise in connection with the acceptance of the prizes. Under no circumstances can the organizer be held liable for incidents and/or accidents and their consequences in which the candidates become involved in connection with the competition and its consequences or which are caused by them (see also § 6). The same applies to all incidents and accidents that occur in connection with the competition and its consequences.

5.3
Early termination of the project. The organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the project at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Inventivio GmbH makes use of this option in particular if proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, Inventivio GmbH can demand compensation for the resulting damage from this person.

6.1
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

6.2
Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use remains unaffected.

6.3
These terms of use can be changed at any time by the organizer without separate notice.
