25-year-old Anna-Lena has already built up her own company, “Luminous Life,” and works as a self-employed yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a coach for personal development and well-being.
She has had the rare eye disease cone-rod dystrophy since she was 8 years old. Today, her work helps visually impaired and sighted people to bring their bodies and minds into harmony in everyday life. And she does this with a lot of love and passion: you can tell from her sensitive guidance through meditation or yoga classes that she has found her calling and is absorbed in it. In the podcast, Anna-Lena describes her path from school to her current job.
